🎯 Problem Statement

Kraf Technologies had strong technical capabilities and strategic initiatives, but the website failed to clearly communicate what the company does, who it is for, and how potential clients or partners should take the next step.

Visitors struggled to:

Understand Kraf’s core offerings quickly
Differentiate between services, products, and initiatives
Identify trust signals (past work, credibility, outcomes)
Decide what action to take next

This resulted in high cognitive load, unclear positioning, and weak conversion pathways.
